Youth wellbeing matters. We are here to support you as a community.
Life can be stressful, especially at this time in your life. Learning how to build self-care as part of your life is a valuable. On Friday evenings, once a month, The Haven will open our door to provide a safe, relaxing space for secondary students to shake off what we call “life dust” and be a human BEING rather than a human doing.
Each session will begin with an hour of chillaxing time with your friends in a tech free space and fill up (or make!) with nourishing snacks. Then there will be an hour to be curious (and adventurous) and try a wellbeing skill that just might prove to be useful.
We really welcome any ideas that you want to see we can make happen for you. We are here to support you as a community. Your wellbeing matters to us.
You can come try for one week session or come for all of them! Our hope is that you enjoy The Haven as much as we do, learn some new wellbeing skills and find some moments of calm amongst the chaos. And maybe have some fun as well.
