The Studio
Our Studio Space is fully equipped for wellbeing and regularly holds yoga, meditation, qi-gong and pilates classes. It’s also a real shapeshifter—hosting everything from community film screenings and book launches to our very own AGM. The space comfortably fits 12 to 16 mats for classes, with the flexibility to accommodate up to 20 when needed. Fire regulations allow up to 60 people standing (though we would never dream of trialling that many!)

Fully equipped as a yoga / pilates studio with professional PA/sound system and projector. See our full list of equipment here.
Frequently booked for:
Yoga, meditation, qi-gong and pilates classes, Presentations, Movie Nights, Our AGM, many other classes and where space is needed for benches & chairs.

One Off Hire :
- £20 Per Hour
- £100 Per Day (9am-5pm)
- Combo £125 Per Day (9am-5pm)
Regular Hiring :
- £15 Per Hour
- £75 Per Day (9am-5pm)
- Combo £85 Per Day (9am-5pm)

The Mindful Room
The Mindful Room is a larger, flexible space that can host meetings, workshops and events (12 people comfortable) as well as easily transforming into a calming environment for one-on-one therapies with its treatment table.
Equipment:
Massage Table, Face attachment, Stool, Rolling Chair and Salt Lamp.
Frequently booked for:
Shiatsu Treatments, Reki, Chinese Therpeutic Massage, Bowen Technique.

The Healing Room
The Healing Room at The Haven is a cozy, inviting space with two desks, a comfortable sofa, and tea/coffee facilities—perfect for working, holding small meetings (3 people comfortably), or counseling sessions.
Equipment:
Two desks, sofa, tea/coffee facilities.
Frequently booked for:
Meetings, counseling sessions, hot-desking.
