I’m a registered and certified Nutritional Therapist, helping you cut through the noise and
understand what may be holding you back from feeling energised and well.
My approach is holistic, supporting the body as a whole rather than treating symptoms in
isolation. Whether you’re managing specific health concerns or simply want to improve your
overall wellbeing, nutritional therapy can support lasting, meaningful change.
When you work with me, we’ll explore up to three key health concerns and complete a
comprehensive case history, including your medical background, family history, diet, lifestyle, and
daily habits. This allows me to create a personalised, collaborative plan to support balance,
healing, and sustainable change.
Appointments:
The Haven – Mindful Room – Fridays — 9.30am–1pm (alternate weeks)
Online — every Friday (9.30am–4pm)
