About This Class:

This energising, mat-based Pilates class is designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements and focused breath-work. With an emphasis on technique and alignment, you’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow instructions and plenty of individual attention to ensure a safe and effective workout.

Expect a low-impact, total-body workout that enhances mobility, tones muscles, and boosts body awareness, helping you move better, safer, and more efficiently in everyday life. Fun, supportive, and engaging, this class is perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling stronger, more centred, and energised. No equipment needed—just get ready to move!

Why do you choose to work for the haven?

I was drawn to The Haven because of its supportive, vibrant, active and inclusive community. I believe this environment will foster a positive and enriching experience for my Pilates classes.
