The training comprises of five modules, blending theoretical knowledge with practical application over eighty five hours, taking place Friday to Sunday during August and September at The Haven in Stonehaven Studio.

Our intention in offering this training is to nurture the next generation of authentic, embodied and empowered Pregnancy Yoga Teachers to support women and pregnant individuals throughout their pregnancy journey. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, this comprehensive 85-hour Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training emphasises diversity, inclusion, and experiential learning.

The aim of pregnancy yoga teacher training is to guide and empower authentic, nurturing pregnancy yoga teachers to confidently support women and pregnant people throughout their pregnancy journey, using the wisdom of yoga..
Teaching practise & methods
The pregnancy yoga teacher training will be experiential learning, incorporating a wide range of expertise and methods that promote diversity and inclusion. This makes 80% of the course.
What will the graduate be able to do at the end of the course?
By the end of the course, graduates will be able to confidently set up their own pregnancy yoga classes, and access opportunities to gain experience if they choose.
